James Shatz

James is a Partner in the Financial Services tax practice and member of the Infrastructure Tax Group. James’ responsibilities include managing the overall tax advisory function for multi-national asset managers, supporting clients with fund structuring and transactional advice, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of tax reporting and bringing technological innovation to his client base. James has supported infrastructure transactions including public private partnerships (P3), fiber optic network portfolios, gas pipeline assets, airport assets, water utilities, district energy, highway concessions, waste-to-energy projects.
