Sam Sharpe is a Director in KPMG’s financial services deal advisory practice. Sam is an experienced transactions specialist focused on the provision of services for clients, both private equity and strategic, evaluating opportunities primarily in the insurance sector.
Sam has broad experience leading the day-to-day execution of due diligence engagements, having advised on transactions across the life and health, property and casualty, and insurance services segments.
