Patrick Seroin Joly has more than 20 years of experience in providing international tax planning and advisory services. He is highly experienced in corporate tax advisory and reorganization services. In particular, he has a strong practice of mergers and acquisitions, as well as cross-border tax planning for major international groups.

Patrick led the France Tax Center for KPMG in the United States in New York City between May 2016 and December 2018. In January 2019, he joined KPMG Avocats in Paris as Head of the International Tax practice.

Patrick regularly teaches at the Universities of Hamburg, Germany and Rennes, France. He speaks English, French, German, and Italian.
