Alvamerry Schaefer is a Director in the KPMG Department of Professional Practice (DPP) specializing in the area of sustainability and ESG reporting standards, and providing technical support and analysis on emerging ESG technologies. She has more than 20 years of professional service experience serving large public, private, and federal clients in the areas of internal controls, project management, risk management, change management, and business process improvement. She has extensive knowledge executing complex business process and information technology reviews in support of internal controls, financial statements audits, performance audits, and other advisory services.
