Katherine is a partner in in KPMG’s Chicago Asset Management tax practice. She has more than twenty years of experience in serving U.S. and non-U.S. Alternative investment clients, specifically private equity. 

Katherine has extensive experience in providing U.S. tax compliance and consulting services to large U.S. and non-U.S. alternative investment funds. Katherine has proven U.S. tax experience reviewing partner income allocations and distribution waterfall methodologies; analyzing entity classification and facilitating IRS relief procedures; and performing targeted capital account computations.
