David Samson

David has responsibility for Transfer Pricing Services at KPMG Israel and has broad experience in advising multinational clients in such areas as cross-border profit allocation and tax modelling, valuation of tangible and intangible assets, pricing financial instruments, IP migration, royalties, and options.

David also leads the transfer pricing controversy and APA section, supporting clients through ongoing audit and discussions with the tax authorities, and working towards successful resolutions and assessment outcomes.

David’s clients include leading Israeli (TA-100) & Silicon Valley giants, as well as mid-size companies and start-ups, spanning a wide range of sectors, such as technology, industry, chemicals, medical, and financial institutions.
