Don is a Director in KPMG's Management Consulting practice with more than 14 years focused on Intelligent Automation across multiple industries. His role within our practice allow him to actively lead many of KPMG’s intelligent automation service offerings across many our premiere accounts. Providing solutions that span strategy to execution including vendor selection, proof of concept, requirements analysis, solutions design, process improvement and implementation of emerging technologies such as Robotics Process Automation (RPA) & Cognitive Solutions.
As director, he will personally be held accountable for the quality and timeliness of the deliverables. Engagement experience
- With the introduction of most new technologies, a learning curve exists and the various intelligent automation tools in the market today are no exception. At a Fortune 20 Telecom, he led an effort to integrate a leading RPA tool; defined the Target Operating Model (TOM) depicting desired state of interaction of strategy, people, intelligent automation and alignment with business vision. His team supported the architectural design and configuration as well as the design of leading practices to manage the technology across the enterprise. In addition, his team successfully automated multiple proof of concepts that currently operate in production with great success.
- The success of his first engagement led to additional work where his team created an approach to evaluate process characteristics and score potential automation opportunities; resulting in over 200 processes to augment with RPA.
- He has designed and led the development of the infrastructure architecture to stand-up and mobilize automation services within multiple organizations and industries.
- Designed and established Center of Excellence (CoE) team to provide necessary governance & oversight over developed solutions to manage the technology across the organization.
- Engagement lead and advisor assisting with the strategy and development of target state process models, solution architecture and execution roadmap for their global Finance initiative.
- Led an automation assessment to quantify the transformation potential through strategic application of intelligent automation; developed an implementation strategy and roadmap to institutionalize automation.
