Morgan Reibman is a Senior Counsel with KPMG Law US and an Arizona-licensed attorney. She leads KPMG Law's Commercial Contracting service offering, with a particular focus on intercompany agreements and technology-enabled legal service delivery. With more than a decade of experience serving clients across legal and tax disciplines, Morgan helps organizations navigate complex legal and business challenges with practical, business-oriented solutions.
Morgan has played a key role in building and scaling KPMG Law US's operational capabilities, including matter management, engagement delivery, and technology-enabled workflows designed to improve efficiency, consistency, and client experience.
Prior to joining KPMG Law, Morgan advised multinational organizations within KPMG's International Tax practice on cross-border transactions, transfer pricing, value chain management, intellectual property planning, and legal entity restructurings. This experience provides her with a deep understanding of the tax, operational, and business drivers underlying complex global operating models.
She earned her J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation from Villanova University School of Law.
