Katy is a corporate communications and public relations professional with over 11 years of experience. She has spent the past two years as an Associate Director of Corporate Communications at KPMG LLP, providing strategic communications counsel to the managing partners of three of the firm’s Hub markets—Atlanta, Charlotte, and Washington Metro—as well as their 17 affiliate offices. Previously, Katy worked for the two largest global public relations agencies, Weber Shandwick and Edelman, with a focus on clients in the financial services sector. She brings expertise in both internal and external communications, including messaging, media relations, and thought leadership for C-suite and corporate executives. Katy earned both her Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in English from The University of Virginia.
