Professional and industry experience
Kelly is responsible for managing engagements for a broad range of U.S. multi-national clients experience with a wide range of complex tax and accounting for income tax matters relating to her clients’ businesses. Kelly has been servicing companies in varied industries since 2001.
Kelly has performed various tasks on different types of tax related engagements. For example:
- Led teams responsible for preparing detailed computations to advise multi-national companies on the impact of U.S. income tax reform inclusive of modeling various scenarios
- Led teams responsible for computing GILTI inclusions, earnings and profits, creditable foreign income tax amounts, stock basis in CFCs, inside asset basis, and expense allocation and apportionment for various Fortune 100 companies
- Prepared modeling and memorandums for foreign corporations in the U.S. on maximizing administrative efficiency and minimizing tax exposure by establishing and restructuring client-specific corporate structures
- Participated in financial statement audits with regard to income taxes for various multinational corporations
- Led and participated on teams responsible for assisting multinational corporations on tax accounting matters related to acquisition and income tax accounting process improvement projects
