I am a results-driven business executive with proven success in P&L management, sales, marketing, operations, client relationship management and business development. I am self-directed, motivated, and an organized leader who possesses an extensive knowledge of the outsourcing and shared services industry. 

I have worked in the Life Sciences industry (Pharmaceutical and Medical Device) for 25 years and have led this practice from a market development standpoint at both EquaTerra and currently at KPMG’s Shared Services and Outsourcing Advisory (acquired EquaTerra 2/11). I have an in depth understanding of the industry and its challenges and work closely with my clients to address their issues via service delivery optimization strategies. I have worked across all functions and divisions within a pharmaceutical or life sciences organization. Over my career, I have led numerous successful outsourcing engagements by looking at synergies within a company which could be optimized and ultimately result in superior customer satisfaction. Prior to joining EquaTerra, I ran an IT outsourcing consulting firm.
