  • He is member in the implementation of IFRS in Colombia in relation to taxes in the Technical Board of Accounting
  • He was the President of tax and economic technical issues of the ICDT during 2017.
  • Oswaldo has been tax instructor for internal auditors courses and professor of tax matters at Universidad Santo Tomás de Aquino, Universidad Externado de Colombia and Universidad Sergio Arboleda.
