Tyler is an Audit Managing Director with over 13 years of expertise in providing audit services to public companies within the retail, consumer market, and industrial manufacturing industries. He believes in the power of collaboration and building strong client relationships to gain a deep understanding of their businesses. Tyler is currently in our National Office in a quality review role for a number of SEC issuer engagements.
With a dedication to utilizing data and analytics, Tyler leverages advanced tools and techniques to identify risks, improve processes, and provide valuable insights to clients. Tyler's experience includes supporting financial statement audits and various SEC filings, such as consents and comfort letters. Tyler also has a deep understanding of PCAOB auditing standard as well as complex areas of accounting reporting under U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.
