Andrew is a Director in the KPMG Finance Transformation practice. He has extensive experience guiding global, technology enabled, transformation initiatives that concentrate on target operating model design, implementation of cloud-based ERP systems, optimization of business processes, redesign of organizational and service delivery models, as well as data model and report design for consumer facing organizations. Andrew has been involved in all phases of the transformation lifecycle, from initial visioning through detailed design, implementation and stabilization.
