Marina Odai
Manager, Advisory, Finance Transformation
Marina Odai is a Manager in KPMG’s Finance Transformation practice. She has extensive experience in finance and digital transformation projects across several industries including Tech/SaaS, Automotive, Utility, and Financial Services. Her focus areas are SaaS Metrics enablement and implementation, visualization, data analytics, Target Operating Model development, global ERP system implementation and enterprise-level process improvement. Recently Marina has assisted a Fortune 100 Tech company to automate their forecasting processes and build dashboard visualization to successfully improve FP&A’s process as well as the quality of their performances.
