Richard specializes in designing, documenting and implementing tax efficient transfer pricing policies for multinational companies. He has more than 15 years of consulting experience and focuses on economic analysis, valuation, transfer pricing policy setting and audit defence/APA work. His clients span both financial services and non-financial services sectors. He has been co-leading the development of KPMG’s Value Chain Analysis approach. Currently an economist within KPMG transfer pricing, Richard previously worked for HM Treasury as a member of the Government Economics Service and for a boutique economic consultancy firm, concentrating in IP matters. He has contributed to publications on transfer pricing related issues, including the BNA Transfer Pricing Journal and the International Tax Review.
