Paul is a tax partner with more than 24 years of public accounting experience. He currently serves the oilfield service and industrial sectors in providing tax consulting services.
Paul is responsible for a broad range of U. S. multi-national and foreign-owned clients doing business as consolidated groups, single entities or joint ventures, and has extensive experience with a wide range of complex tax matters relating to his clients’ business. He advises on acquisitive and restructuring transactions and provides both tax planning and compliance in several industries.
In providing services to public and private companies, Paul provides extensive knowledge of financial accounting for income taxes. He has gained experience of global tax provision issues through working with auditors on ASC 740 for multi-national companies.
