Carlos is an Audit Senior Manager in KPMG’s Department of Professional Practice where he develops internal and external guidance on technical accounting matters, develops and provides training on accounting developments, and performs audit quality inspections. 

As a member of KPMG’s audit practice, Carlos specializes in audits of financial statements and audits of internal control over financial reporting under PCAOB auditing standards with experience in SEC regulations, US GAAP and IFRS, primarily in the Construction Materials, Manufacturing and Oilfield Services industries.
