Sarmed has provided IPO advisory services to a diversified group of companies. The following is a highlight of significant projects:
- Led a team that assisted a multinational industrial manufacturer with converting from US GAAP to IFRS in connection with a cross border merger.
- Led a number of IPO readiness assessments to assist clients with identifying and remediating gaps between their current state capabilities and future public company reporting requirements.
- Led a team that assisted a quick service food company with a successful public offering transaction. Sarmed worked closely with the CFO to develop an IPO execution plan that enabled the Company to meet an aggressive timeline.
- Led the IPO readiness project for a solar energy company in connection with its listing on the Canadian Stock Exchange. Advisory services included converting the Company’s financial statements from U.S. GAAP to IFRS, researching exchange requirements, drafting pro-formas, MD&A and Non-GAAP financial measures.
- Provided IPO readiness services to a global luggage manufacturer in connection with its listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Advisory services included preparing presentations to support the Company’s growth story and restructuring initiative, drafting the MD&A and preparing data packs that were filed with the Hong Kong stock exchange.
- Provided IPO readiness services to a global drilling company with meeting regulatory challenges in connection with its initial public offering on the Australian Stock Exchange. Activities included converting the Company’s financial statements from U.S. GAAP to IFRS and assisting Management with responding to auditor requests.
