Anuj Madan

Anuj is an Audit Partner in KPMG’s Toronto office and serves as the National Industry Leader of KPMG’s Canadian Technology, Media and Telecommunications (“TMT”) Practice.

In his leadership role, Anuj has responsibility for the firm’s TMT client and market initiatives, which include active involvement with emerging, pre-IPO technology companies as well as public companies. Anuj also leads the firm’s relationships with many of the premier venture capital and private equity firms actively invested in the TMT sector in Canada and acts as the primary liaison with our Silicon Valley, New York Offices to bring the best of our global expertise to the Canadian client base.Anuj has extensive experience leading multi-disciplined teams on a variety of assurance and advisory engagements across several high-growth venture-backed companies, as well as global SEC registrants, Canadian listed companies. He has deep experience in US GAAP, IFRS accounting frameworks and OSC and SEC financial reporting matters. Anuj is well versed in the software and technology sectors, having been a dedicated member of KPMG’s TMT practice for over 10 years and is very adept at servicing the needs of our clients from a global, cross functional lens.
