Ray Ly is a Tax Managing Director in KPMG’s Development and Exempt Organizations Tax Practice in the DC Metro area. He provides advisory, consulting, and compliance services on complex tax matters to clients in the higher education, humanitarian, healthcare, private foundation, pension trusts, and other not-for-profit sectors. He has more than 20 years of experience in the not-for-profit sector.
