Lilly was admitted to partnership with KPMG Advisory (China) Limited in 2005. Prior to join KPMG, Lilly worked with the China Tax Bureau and Australia Tax Office in the areas of international tax administration, tax audit, and transfer pricing.
Lilly has a strong background in China tax and indirect tax, international tax, global transfer pricing, and customs advisory services. She has provided business and tax advisory services to multinationals as well as Chinese domestic companies on their merger and acquisition, corporate restructuring, cross border transfer pricing, outbound investment, supply chain integration, and IPO activities.
In the area of customs and trade advisory, she has assisted many clients in reviewing and improving their customs-related processes and compliance of processing trade. She has also provided professional support to clients in their customs valuation audit defense, and in cross border supply chain restructuring exercises, international trade model, and customs duty optimization. She has also actively led and participated in the technical interflows with the respective customs offices in the area of related party transfer pricing and customs verification audit.
Lily has been providing services to clients across a wide spectrum of markets, such as consumer market, automobile industry, property development industry, electric and electronics industry, airline industry, among others.
Lily holds a MBA from Victoria University in Australia, and a Bachelor of Arts from the International Business of Guangzhou Institute of Foreign Languages.
