Steven leads the Reporting & Accounting Policies function, where the focus is on ensuring compliance with IFRS based group accounting policies and driving consistency in financial reporting across HEINEKEN. With deep expertise in technical accounting and policy development, Steven’s department plays a key role in guiding complex transactions and shaping strategic initiatives.
Currently, the team is spearheading efforts around the implementation of IFRS 18, helping the organization understand its implications and embed best practices for transparent and reliable reporting. Steven brings a pragmatic perspective and a collaborative approach, aiming to make technical topics accessible and actionable for all stakeholders.
Before HEINEKEN, Steven worked in IFRS consulting, implementing IFRS at various clients around the world.
