Matt is a director in our IT Center of Excellence, supporting healthcare clients with acquisitions or divestitures. He has supported numerous providers in the postacute space through all phases of the transaction lifecycle, including due diligence, planning and execution for Day 1 IT activities, separation planning, and postclose integration activities. Matt has led multiple engagements in the home health and hospice space, helping clients integrate IT operations to achieve deal objectives while helping to minimize impact to clinical and back-office business operations.
