Managing Director

Lee Ann Labecki is a Managing Director in KPMG’s Transformation Enablement Office. She is a highly accomplished and forward-thinking leader with nearly four decades of experience in executive management and consulting roles for both day-to-day and large-scale transformation programs. 

Lee Ann has consistently demonstrated an ability to be innovative, to achieve results, and to successfully lead technology-enabled transformation initiatives in both public and private sector organizations. As leader of KPMG’s Enterprise Contracting Center, she is spearheading the firm's current transformation to streamline contracting and compliance services, to improve client and employee experiences for commercial and government contracts, and to more efficiently manage risk. 

Lee Ann is a certified Project Manager Professional through the Project Management Institute and a member of the American Society for Quality. She is also a certified Government Risk Compliance Professional, Government Risk Compliance Auditor, and Integrated Policy Compliance Professional through the Open Ethics and Compliance Group. 

Lee Ann earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology from Gettysburg College, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and she earned her master’s degree in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University.
