Brian is a Senior Manager in KPMG’s State and Local Tax practice in Charlotte, North Carolina. Brian’s practice focuses on buy-side and sell-side transactions, providing tax due diligence, structuring, planning, and other transaction-related consulting services for private equity and strategic clients. Additionally, Brian consults on state and local real estate transfer tax matters, including estimating tax liabilities, evaluating and implementing alternative structures, assisting with tax compliance, and representing clients in tax controversies.
