Professional and industry experience:
- Many organizations that have developed class-leading customer experiences have not made the same investments into their employee experiences. That was the case with one of the world’s most recognizable financial services companies when Roni engaged with them to set their digital experience strategy. He worked side-by-side with their leadership team to establish an enterprise vision and framework for digital experience, immediately followed by a roadmap, design and activation of the highest-priority initiatives and an entirely new digital HR capability. As a trusted advisor, he remains engaged with their leadership team as they continue their journey and aspirations of having their employee experience match their customer experience.
- Operating as the overall engagement manager for the Workday deployment at a large financial services company Roni was responsible for directing the day-to-day activities of all in-scope Workday functionality. He was able to accommodate the Workday deployment to fit within a highly complex legacy technology landscape compounded with the intricacies of a highly regulated industry. Challenged with an unexpected M&A activity during the targeted go-live timeline, he worked hand-in-hand with the client leadership to develop parallel project plans to account for potential TSA triggers, in addition to standing up a wholly separate team to manage the divestiture work
- Separating two multi-national, global retailers into standalone companies with self-sufficient HR functions and independent technologies is a complicated undertaking. As the engagement leader, Roni mobilized a team with the necessary expertise and efficiency to address the people, process, and technology considerations of a corporate split. He oversaw a multi-functional, multi-year program and navigated a sensitive environment that included senior leaders from both organizations with unique agendas and future state plans.
