Scott R Kelsey

Scott is a managing director in KPMG’s Norfolk, VA Office. He has led audit engagements for publicly traded companies with an expertise in PCAOB standards, integrated audits, and SEC filings. He works extensively within our Consumer & Retail (C & R) industries, and he currently serves as our C & R ESG Leader for KPMG’s audit practice. He has worked with many C & R companies and industry groups to help improve understanding of the evolving ESG landscape, particularly as it relates to regulatory developments.

Scott also completed a rotation in KPMG’s Department of Professional Practice (DPP), where he helped KPMG engagement teams across the country respond to complex audit and accounting issues.
