Stacy Keating

Stacy is the National Operations Leader for Deal Advisory & Strategy.

Stacy has been with KPMG for over 23 years, most recently as the National Operations Leader, where she is responsible for managing all aspects of the Deal Advisory & Strategy business, including business planning, investment and resource planning and execution, and operational and financial performance measurement. Prior to this role, Stacy was a partner in KPMG’s Department of Professional Practice in New York and a partner in Deal Advisory & Strategy’s Accounting Advisory Services practice. Stacy has experience in providing audit and advisory services to a global client base which has primarily been in the financial services industry. Her areas of focus include consolidations, securitizations, business combinations, impairments, financial instruments, and SEC reporting. Such accounting advice is provided under both US GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Stacy is also a 2014 recipient of KPMG’s Chairman’s Award for High Performance, the highest honor within the firm, and was also an Associate Fellow at the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) from April 2007 to July 2008. During this fellowship, she worked on various FASB and Emerging Task Force projects related to consolidation and securitization.
