David is a Managing Director in the Methods group for the KPMG Washington National Tax practice. He has over 12 years of experience, with extensive public and private sector business knowledge and a proven track record of effectively servicing his clients in matters of federal taxation and government incentives.

David’s industry experience is wide-ranging, including manufacturing, technology, life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, retail, and government contracting. David has helped thousands of clients in these industries to save millions of dollars in federal tax incentives through his team’s engagements, including research credits, accounting method changes, state and local incentives, fixed asset studies, lobbying expense analysis, meals, and entertainment studies, and special deduction calculations.
