Waman is a Partner in the Global Transfer Pricing Services practice with KPMG in India. He has over 15 years of post-qualification experience and has specialized in transfer pricing since the introduction of Indian transfer pricing regulations in 2001.  Waman has worked on a wide variety of assignments that include Advance Pricing Agreement (‘APA’), transfer pricing planning, global documentation, controversy resolution, FIN 48, pricing of inter-company loans and guarantees, business restructuring and operational transfer pricing. Waman has advised several multinationals on planning their transfer pricing strategies, assisted them in preparing documentation, and represented them in the course of their transfer pricing audits as well as appeals before the Commissioner (Appeals), Dispute Resolution Panel and Income-tax Appellate Tribunal.
