Francois Joubert

Francois has more than 19 years of experience in a wide range of tax issues including VAT. Prior to joining KPMG LLP in the US in September, 2016, Francois worked for more than 10 years for KPMG in South Africa, where he advised public and privately held clients and multi-national clients on various VAT matters (including, the planning and structuring of international VAT transactions). Francois also worked for 8 years at the South African Tax Authorities Services where he was involved in corporate tax auditing primarily in the oil and gas industry.
