Craig Josset is a Managing Director in KPMG’s Economic and Valuation Services Practice based in Dallas Texas. He is responsible for providing business and intangible asset valuation services to a range of clients in an array of industries. Mr. Josset has experience in providing domestic and international valuation services to Fortune 500 companies for transaction, financial and tax reporting purposes. He has been actively engaged in the valuation profession since 1996.
Mr. Josset has provided valuation services to both U.S. and international, public and private businesses for the purposes of bankruptcy (Fresh Start Accounting), mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, litigation, financial reporting (ASC 350, ASC 805, ASC 718, ASC 820, ASC 842), and tax reporting.
Mr. Josset co-leads KPMG’s valuation retail and consumer goods industry segment. Other Industry experience includes health care (home healthcare and hospitals), media and entertainment, industrial manufacturing, and professional sports.
