Kenn is a tax Partner in KPMG’s Trade & Customs practice with over a decade years of experience in indirect tax, customs audits and customs compliance.
Kenn is known for his extensive knowledge of the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) operations, with years of experience supporting audit processes, including defence of a multi-million-dollar audit assessment. He has also presented cases to the Canadian International Trade on behalf of his clients.
Kenn has wide-ranging experience in other areas of Trade & Customs, including compliance processes and indirect tax services including GST/HST and VAT advice. He previously led the Recovery practice where he served as a technical expert in Drawbacks, Remission and Recovery.
