Ed is a Managing Director in the Investment Management practice in the New York office of KPMG LLP. Ed has over 20 years of audit and advisory experience serving the financial services industry. Ed has experience serving complex international and domestic equity and fixed income hedge funds, private equity funds, distressed credit funds, funds of funds, management companies and investment advisors.
Ed has extensive experience auditing accounting matters for investment companies related to valuation, financial highlights, management fees, incentive and performance fees, partnership allocations and highwater marks. Ed’s experiences also include SEC and broker dealer rules and regulations, stock-based compensation matters and financial accounting and reporting controls.
