Jennifer Holley

Jen is a senior manager in KPMG’s State and Local Tax practice with over 10 years of experience working in state and local tax compliance and consulting.  She has been with KPMG in the Philadelphia office for 9 years.  She has broad state and local tax experience, including state restructuring, state and local due diligence, state audit assistance and litigation support, and state income tax return preparation. Jen has developed an expertise in the area of data and analytics, specifically as it relates to state tax restructuring and process automation.  Jen designed and developed the KPMG State Tax Analysis & Restructuring Tool (START), a powerful software application that analyzes a company’s corporate structure and generates alternative structures that may be more efficient, both from a state income tax standpoint and from a legal entity perspective.
