KPMG Ignition – Development Leader
Elisa is a managing director leading Ignition’s Research & Development pillar. She is responsible for the seven innovation capabilities within Ignition—Client Experience, Strategic Intelligence, Creative, Design Thinking, D&A/ AI, Discovery, and Experimentation and Prototyping. She also serves as the Innovation field of play leader for one of the firm’s largest clients.
Prior to joining KPMG, Elisa spent over a decade at a large digital firm including the role of senior vice president. There, she led strategy and transformation teams serving Fortune 500 companies in the consumer markets, financial services, government, energy, and healthcare sectors. She codeveloped our design thinking methodology for business model innovation, bringing it into major transformation programs including tax, connected commerce, and customer strategy.
Elisa believes that the human side of innovation is the key to unlocking the potential of an organization. She partners shoulder to shoulder with our clients to help solve their most complex business issues and is currently exploring the opportunities for our clients around generative AI and quantum computing.

- Eight years in KPMG in US Ignition, helping our clients navigate an increasingly complex and rapidly changing environment and leading a team focused on sensing and understanding signals of change from an outside-in perspective, using a people-first lens
- 14 years in both industry and large digital agencies leading strategy and transformation across changing customer demographics and technology innovation
- Global research lead for the KPMG Customer Insights Program, culminating in an annual publication she co-authors,
