Nils Holinski

Nils Holinski is a Director in the Center of Excellence (CoE) for Transfer Pricing Compliance of KPMG Germany. He joined the Global Transfer Pricing Services Team of KPMG Germany in 2010. Since then he has advised many multinational firms on transfer pricing with regard to diagnostic and analysis of worldwide transfer pricing structures, and planning and documentation of transfer pricing structures in line with German documentation regulations and OECD Guidelines.
Furthermore, his area of expertise includes the development of tailored documentation structures and the qualitative and quantitative analysis of business restructuring projects from a German and international transfer pricing perspective.
Nils has been widely published in the field of transfer pricing.
