Sean leads KPMG’s Neurodiversity@Work efforts which, aligned with the Firm’s Accelerate 2025 strategy, focus on helping neurodivergent individuals “get here, succeed here, and lead here.” Under his leadership KPMG has, among other things, developed neurodivergent candidate assessment processes as alternatives to traditional interviews, developed helpful training for recruiters and teams working with neurodivergent colleagues, established relationships with universities and vendors to source neurodivergent talent, stood-up internal communities for neurodivergent personnel and for caretakers of neurodivergent individuals to share and leverage experiences, and created the optional ability for personnel to self-identify their neurodiversity. Sean is a frequent conference speaker and panelist on the topic of neurodiversity. Sean is also the Firm’s Public Sector Practice Risk Management Partner. Sean also serves on the board of directors of a non-profit focused on employment for people with disabilities.
