Duncan (DJ) Hennes is a managing director in the KPMG Financial Services Risk, Regulatory, and Compliance Advisory practice. He advises a broad range of wholesale market participants, including swap dealers, security-based swap dealers, broker-dealers, futures commission merchants, registered investment advisors, designated contract markets, and derivatives clearing organizations. He has helped firms prepare for registration; respond to regulatory criticism; design and assess governance, risk management, and compliance programs; and plan and execute complex remediation projects.
