National Head of Transfer Pricing
Daniel Head is the National Head of Transfer Pricing for KPMG in the UK. Daniel has over 20 years of corporate tax experience and during this time he has gained extensive experience in all aspects of corporate tax and advising clients from all industry sectors.
Daniel has a deep specialism in transfer pricing financing transactions and is a member of HMRC’s Thin Cap Forum, a regular speaker on the subject and has written a chapter on financing for Tolley’s book published in December 2018 “Transfer Pricing Risks Post-BEPS: A Practical Guide”
Daniel has settled long standing enquiries with HMRC in relation to the pricing of financial transactions including defending cases where HMRC have raised discovery assessments. He has also been active in securing Advance Thin Capitalisation Agreements (“ATCA”) for businesses operating across multiple sectors.
