Brent Hansen

Brent Hansen is a partner in KPMG’s Audit practice with more than 16 years of auditing experience. He has principally served clients in the medical device and technology markets including Beckman Coulter, Endologix, Inc., Western Digital Corporation, and VIZIO, Inc. He currently is on a three year rotation in KPMG’s Audit Quality and Professional Practice Group (AQPPG) in KPMG’s national office. 

Brent’s experience prior to the commencement of his rotation in the national office includes serving public and privately held companies in the medical device and technology industries. He has experience working with large multinational companies, small-market privately owned companies, and development stage enterprises.  This experience includes SEC reporting, debt and equity offerings, initial public offerings, significant business acquisitions, and coordination with international KPMG teams (including teams in Europe and Asia).
