As a senior associate in the Technology Strategy and Architecture practice, Sierra has spent a majority of her time at the firm involved with IT strategy and effectiveness work, specifically evaluating client’s current state and developing a target operating model.
Sierra has background in Information / Data Analysis (including proficiency in Python, C++, etc.), enabling her to have the technical background to understand complex technical landscapes. This, combined with her exposure to IT strategy, enables her to transform technical information into easily digestible and informative presentations tailored for C-suite audiences. In addition to this, her education on Organizational Studies expertise has allowed her to expand her scope to change management strategy and organizational redesign.
Sierra is also a member of the enterprise AI team, and has been instrumental in assembling materials to understand how AI can be effectively rolled out to clients, through assessing their readiness and developing tailored strategies.
