Mike is a Partner in KPMG’s Chicago Tax practice and serves as the Business Unit Partner in Charge for Tax. He has more than 25 years of experience in providing tax consulting and compliance services for public and privately held clients. He joined KPMG from Kirkland and Ellis where he specialized in international and private equity and venture capital tax structuring. At Georgetown, Mike was an editor on the Georgetown Law Journal and a member of the Order of the Coif. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
