Patrick is a Senior Manager in Compensation and Benefits and has over 25 years of experience advising clients on employee benefits and executive compensation matters. He has worked with a broad array of Fortune 500 companies where he has interfaced with many inter-disciplinary teams involving audit, tax and HR. While he provides advice on the taxation of compensation and benefits, his specialties include valuation and accounting for stock-based compensation and pension plans. Mr. Gabel also provides assistance on employee benefit tax issues in corporate transactions including the calculation of income tax and excise tax liabilities under the golden parachute rules.
