Sommer Frazier has eight years of management consulting experience across a broad array of industries. Prior to entering management consulting, she was a part of both the KPMG Audit and Forensic practices. Her main focus is helping finance organizations become more efficient and effect through process improvement, optimized service delivery model and acceleration of digital capabilities. Her background with business processes includes Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Fixed Assets and Planning, budgeting and forecasting.
