Paul Fields

Paul has specialized in Transfer Pricing since 1996, and joined the KPMG UK Transfer Pricing team ten years later. From April 2019 to July 2020, he was based in New York City as the Transfer Pricing Lead for KPMG UK’s North American Corridor team, from where he provided a local link between KPMG’s North American practices and clients, and KPMG UK.  He continues to focus on US-headquartered clients across a wide range of industries.  His UK base is in KPMG’s Reading office but he has also worked in London, Manchester, and Perth in Australia. He has extensive experience of transfer pricing projects focused on global and local documentation, planning, Revenue defense and APAs.  Most recently he has assisted a number of US groups with Profit Diversion Compliance Facility exercises in the UK.  He is a UK Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser.
