Emilio Ferri

Emilio Ferri is a Director in the KPMG Deal Advisory and Strategy – Accounting Advisory Services practice. He advises clients on complex accounting and financial reporting matters under both IFRS and U.S. GAAP, with a focus on cross-border M&A (buy-side and sell-side), IPO readiness, and SPAC transactions.

He has led multidisciplinary teams across the U.S., Latin America, and Europe, supporting clients through business combinations, carve-out financial statements, and SEC reporting. With deep industry experience in technology, consumer goods, and retail, Emilio has supported clients through listings on the NYSE and other international exchanges.
