Jeffrey Farrell

Jeffrey is a Partner in the International group for the KPMG Washington National Tax practice with more than 25 years of experience in tax planning and structuring of transactions for public and privately held clients. Jeff advises clients on issues related to cross-border mergers and acquisitions and a broad range of international tax matters such as helping clients navigate U.S. tax reform, designing and implementing business operating models, and planning with respect to foreign tax credit utilization, intangible asset restructurings, and post-transaction integration. Jeff’s current and past clients include leaders in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries.
Jeffrey is a certified public accountant in Florida. He earned a BBA degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Masters in Tax degree from the University of Denver College of Law.
