Tooca Fardanesh

Tooca Fardanesh leads large-scale tax engagements in the renewable energy and A&D industries. During her more than 16 years with the firm, Tooca has served clients in an array of structures including complex consolidated groups, tax equity partnerships, and Up-C structures.

Tooca has a strong background in tax compliance, consulting, ASC 740, and accounting methods for both publicly and privately held multinational companies. She is responsible for overall and team and project management for clients involved in a wide range of complex tax matters.

Tooca is a certified public accountant in Virginia. She holds an MS degree in taxation from American University Kogod School of Business and a BA degree in accounting from University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business.
